    I have done this a few times now myself. I have found that it tends to instigate my flight or flight response more quickly if I go barefoot but I also consider it working up a tolerance. By the time the snow is gone, it is likely I will be up to 15 or 16 seconds!

    Seriously though, I did it for about a minute the last time and it was an interesting experience. I always find the sensation of energy moving through my body an exciting experience…
